Seasonal Work as needed

Job Duties: * Refill Rock Salt containers; spread salt as needed * Responsible for Snow Shoveling; Plowing, running sidewalk plow, keeping walkways clear. * Lawn maintenance, grounds maintenance * Work on projects in order of priority check board * Answers maintenance calls throughout the day * Maintain equipment & tools daily, routinely and seasonally * Helps with special projects as needed * Performs minor maintenance and repairs to building & property * Repairing building cracks; interior & exterior * Any additional jobs/projects that become a priority * Taking calls from Johnson Controls as needed, used as second maintenance number. * Coming in on off-hours when needed (will be compensated) * Filling in for Supervisor of Building & Grounds when he is out of the building * Assist with annual projects & improvements * Runs errands, Home Depot, deliver equipment for repairs, shopping, gas, etc. * Assist with Cafeteria garbage & final daily cleaning * Assist Building & Grounds Supervisor with ordering/creating POs * Additional responsibilities as accrued.

PAY RANGE DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE: $18 - $22 / Hour
