Summary: Don't miss the opportunity to join a dynamic team within a prestigious organization where you will repair, maintain and perform preventative maintenance duties on building heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and similar mechanical systems; assists with general maintenance activities such as electrical, carpentry, grounds, etc. as needed. The pay range for this position is $56,335 - $68,269 annually which includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications:Required Education and Experience

High School diploma or High School Equivalency diploma and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time heating, ventilation and air conditioning experience under a journey-level HVAC mechanic, equivalent to training provided in an apprenticeship program.

NOTE:
1. Apprenticeship training in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning mechanics or training gained by the completion of technical courses in heating, ventilation and air conditioning mechanics at a school, institute, or branch of the Armed Services may be substituted for the above training on a year for year basis.
2. Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
