Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in BUFFALO, New York. As a part of our team, you will be playing a vital role in managing customer interactions, processing orders, and maintaining customer records.

Responsibilities • Efficiently process customer orders into the system and generate/send invoices. • Promptly respond to customer emails and phone calls. • Actively make outbound sales calls to follow up on leads and enhance customer relationships. • Provide comprehensive product information and assist customers in choosing the right solutions. • Address customer inquiries or issues, escalating them to management as necessary. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order tracking in CRM software. • Collaborate with internal teams, like shipping and operations, to ensure smooth order fulfillment. • Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. • Maintain accurate customer credit records. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills

• Prior experience in a call center customer service environment

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and effectively

• Ability to accurately perform data entry tasks, ensuring all customer information is up-to-date

• Excellent written communication skills, particularly for email correspondence

• Experience managing both inbound and outbound calls, prioritizing tasks based on urgency

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, using these tools to track customer interactions and generate reports

• Experience with order entry, ensuring all customer orders are processed correctly and timely

• Ability to schedule appointments, coordinating with multiple parties to find mutually agreeable times
