CTG is seeking to fill a Banking Services Operations Associate opening for our client in Buffalo, New York.

Duration: 12 months, with potential for extension or hire

Location: Buffalo, NY

Overview:

• Review documents for accuracy and compliance to regulatory requirements

• Validate data in preparation for entry to a designated mainframe or computer system

• Properly secure collateral for the Bank

• Assist internal and external customers with basic problem resolution

• Perform other duties as requested by management

Education and Experience Required:

• High School or GED

• One to two years relevant work experience

Education and Experience Preferred:

• Associates degree

• Two to three years office experience

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
