Job Title:
Student Leader for the Estée Lauder Companies at Bryn Mawr College Program 2025
Every summer, The Estée Lauder Companies hire a small team of students to run the logistics of this program with the company's Global Management Strategies department. We look for individuals with the following talents and skills:
• Mindset for customer service
• Works well in a team
• Has attention to detail
• Takes initiative
• Has the enthusiasm and motivation to go above and beyond what is required
This position offers opportunities to experience how a global organization functions in today’s business environment. Job duties will include (but are not limited to):
• Dorm room set up
• Campus tour guide
• Inventory of items (clothing, books, product, etc.)
• Concierge office staff
• Liaison with all executives

The Estée Lauder Companies at Bryn Mawr College summer internship is a two week program and will begin for students with set up week starting June 1, 2025, and the program ending June 14, 2025. This is a paid position with room and board provided and is open to all classes and majors.
International applicants must have work authorization for summer employment by the end of April.

The Estée Lauder Companies at Bryn Mawr College Program is a senior level, world-class personal and professional development program personally created by Leonard Lauder. The majority of the program content is driven by Harvard and Wharton Business Schools and health and fitness specialists. Participants include senior level executives from The Estée Lauder Companies many brand, regions and functions, in addition to retail and supply partners from the industry.
The program consists of two - one week long sessions including courses such as
Negotiation, Branding, Leadership, and Strategic Thinking, as well as courses designated to create a harmonized lifestyle such as Nutrition and Energy Management. The Estée Lauder Companies at Bryn Mawr College is continually re-engineered to meet the challenges of today's business world.
