We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to join our reputable team in the food industry. As a Quality Control Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about food safety and quality assurance practices.

salary: $37,000 - $40,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within the food industry.

• knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., FDA, USDA) and quality management systems (e.g., HACCP, GMP).

• Experience with food testing methods and equipment, including microbiological and chemical analysis.

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Effective communication skills to collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Certification in food safety (e.g., SQF, BRC) is a plus.
