Future Green Landscape Architecture DPC Landscape Designer in Brooklyn, New York

Provide landscape plan and design services to commercial and high-end professional and private clients. Prepare site plans, specifications, and cost estimates for land development, coordinating arrangement of existing and proposed land features and structures. Research on topics related to sea level rise, plant communities & their ecologies, soil conditions, water management, landscape ordinances, guidelines and codes, social aspects, etc. Prepare graphic representations and schematic drawings of proposed plans and designs utilizing various software. Compile and analyze data on conditions such as location, drainage, and location of structures for environmental reports and landscaping plans. Site visits as and when required and analyze project progress inspect landscape work to ensure compliance with specifications, approve quality of material and work, and advise client and construction personnel. Produce plant and material palettes for project specifications. Produce site grading calculations and civil technical drawings as needed. Seek new work opportunities through marketing, writing proposals or give presentations. Coordinate and lead various consultants during the due course of project completion.

Minimum Salary: 77500 Maximum Salary: 77500 Salary Unit: Yearly
