Insight Global Desktop Support Technician in Brooklyn, New York
Job Description
VICE Media is looking for an IT support technician to assist with level 1 tickets. Some examples of level 1 tickets would be password resets, shipping equipment to new users using FedEx, AV kit set-up, low level system admin, and Google Workspace. This individual will spend 80% of their day working on MAC and 20% troubleshooting on PC. The ticketing service that they would be using is FreshService.

Skills and Requirements
2+ years of experience doing level 1 IT support within an enterprise level supporting 30+ end users
Experience troubleshooting level 1 MAC and PC tickets (heavy MAC)
Experience with low level system admin and Google Workspace - Fresh Service for ticketing
Media industry experience null
