Laundry Service is a creative agency that takes pride in making work that makes our clients relevant. We foster a teamwork environment and embody an entrepreneurial workplace; people are recognized and rewarded for the quality of the work they do – not how long they’ve been doing it.

We are seeking an internet-obsessed, innovative Creative Director to inspire, lead and craft hyper-relevant social and 360 campaigns for two of our leading clients. If you’re passionate about identifying new social trends, obsessed with Creators, great at identifying which partnerships can deepen a brands connection to culture, this is the right job for you. We are looking for someone with a social-first background and a modern, refreshing aesthetic with a passion for culture and producing compelling work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with the account and cross-functional team leaders to manage senior level clients.

  • Develop and deliver thought leadership and creative solutions that strengthen clients’ visual market distinction and leadership position.

  • Direct creative strategy and execution.

  • Motivate and inspire creative teams and serve as overall creative lead across art direction, copywriting, photography, Content Creation and design.

  • Direct all phases of creative work from concept through production.

  • Collaborate with inter-agency teams to both lead and contribute to 360 campaign planning and development.

  • Promote creative improvement and actively contribute to a culture of innovation, excellence and accountability.

Requirements

  • 7+ years’ experience providing strategic brand and business counsel to top-tier clients — ideally, creating opportunities for brands in social channels

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite for Mac

  • Strong experience using social media to solve brand/business challenges

  • The ability to develop high-level strategies and adjust alongside shifting goals

  • A demonstrated passion for and understanding of social media, namely in the Creator space. You must be internet obsessed.

  • Success in developing big ideas that forge strong emotional connections between consumer and brand, and supporting those ideas with thorough research

  • The intellectual agility to look big picture instead of day-to-day

  • The charm to build relationships (internally and with clients) and collaborative leadership skills

  • Strong storytelling and presentation ability

  • Innate curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit

  • A passion for managing talent

  • Commitment to excellence — working nonstandard hours when necessary, anticipating issues and communicating with diplomacy, identifying emerging platforms and trends to drive innovation
