Amneal Pharmaceuticals is looking for a motivated Operations Management Intern to support process optimization and performance tracking within our operations team. The intern will play a key role in developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), creating automated reports, and assisting with workforce training and skill utilization strategies. This internship provides valuable exposure to manufacturing operations, data-driven decision-making, and process improvement in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to enhance operational efficiency.

• Create automated reports to support operations leadership and decision-making.

• Assist in the development of training and skill utilization programs for operators.

• Work closely with operations teams to analyze process data and identify improvement opportunities.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing and operational processes.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data analysis, reporting, and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a Science-related field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for data management and reporting.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with operational data.
