Job Title: Antepartum Admin Nurse Manager – L&D

Location: Bronx, NY

Shift: Full-Time, Nightshift

Join one of New York’s top academic health systems and make a real impact on patient care. We’re seeking an experienced Antepartum Admin Nurse Manager for our Labor & Delivery team. If you’re passionate about patient care, leadership, and making a difference in high-risk maternal health, we want you on our team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee Daily Operations: Manage the antepartum unit, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality care.

  • Support & Lead Staff: Mentor nursing staff, maintain staffing levels, and foster professional growth.

  • Patient Care Oversight: Ensure top care for high-risk pregnancies in collaboration with physicians and the care team.

  • Quality & Compliance: Monitor clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.

  • Administrative Duties: Manage scheduling, budgeting, and patient coordination.

Requirements:

  • Active NYS RN License

  • Bachelor’s in Nursing (BSN)

  • Master’s in Nursing (MSN) required

  • Minimum 5 years clinical RN experience (high-risk maternal experience preferred)

  • Specialty certifications:

  • Certified Nurse Manager and Leader (CNML)

  • Inpatient Obstetric Nursing Certification (RNC-OB)

  • Maternal Newborn Nursing Certification (RNC-MNN)

  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)

  • Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) – optional

  • BLS Certification

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary starting at $160K-$180K (based on experience & certifications)

Pay Details: $160,000.00 to $180,000.00 per year
