Job Title: Accounting Oversight & Asset Management SpecialistJob Description
Seeking a detail-oriented and strategic individual to provide financial oversight and asset optimization for our property portfolio. This role involves developing business plans, guiding operating budgets, performing variance analysis, and managing financial reporting. The successful candidate will coordinate with property management companies to enhance performance and support environmental and social programming initiatives. Regular property visits and participation in the decision-making process for refinancing or disposition of properties are key aspects of this role. Additionally, the role requires preparing audit information, handling partner and investor relations, and supporting compliance and tax-related tasks.
