Accountabilities:

• Perform clinical and administrative tasks

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls, register patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance coverage, complete all necessary forms accurately.

• Assist Certified Medical Assistants in the clinic to room patients, take vital signs, perform medication reconciliation, and prepare and maintain exam rooms.

• Process referrals, medical records releases and additional duties as required.

  Required:

• High School Diploma or GED required

  Preferred:

• Prior clinical experience strongly preferred

• Computer literacy essential

• Working knowledge of computerized scheduling and EMR system desired

• Strong customer service skills a must

• PCT training
