Summer internship with the possibility of extension into the fall 2025 semester

Responsibilities:

Use Social Media experience, to manage, and run our social media channels and work with our marketing and product teams effectively. You will be the day to day contact for social media needs, updates and be responsible for maintaining workflow and ensuring posts are completed to timelines. Assistance in documenting requirements for updates on public websites, testing updates, making updates to company intranet and provide support to the web team based on specific projects. This position reports to the Director of Digital & Web Services.

• Use social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand

• Assist with the company’s social media strategy

• Research social media trends

• Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs

• Present regular reports on the progress and status of all project initiatives

• Assist in planning and execution of SEM campaigns

• Assist with SEO research

• Update company intranet content

• Update company websites

• Update google analytics reports

• Assist in website test plans

• Documenting requirements for updates on public websites

Requirements:

• Enrolled at University with GPA of 3.0 or higher in Marketing or Computer Science

• Well organized with attention to detail

• Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills

• US Citizenship required

**Hybrid employees must live within 75 miles of the iconectiv office in Bridgewater, New Jersey, which is the in-person office location where the employee will report when working in-person
