We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Technology Architect with 18 to 22 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Google CCAI Platform, Genesys Cloud and Amazon Connect. This role involves designing and implementing advanced technology solutions to drive our business forward. The work model is hybrid and the shift is day. Travel is not required.

This is transforming rapidly, thanks to expanding digital technologies, AI-driven self-service, and the adoption of cloud. Contact centers have re-shaped into experience centers that deliver pro-active, hyper-personalized services. Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 and $180,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of advanced technology solutions using Google CCAI Platform Genesys Cloud and Amazon Connect

• Oversee the development and deployment of scalable and reliable architectures that meet business requirements

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team to ensure best practices are followed

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions

• Ensure the integration of various systems and platforms to create a seamless user experience

• Conduct regular assessments of the technology landscape to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all architectural designs and implementations

• Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency and reliability

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive

• Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to improve the overall technology stack

• Ensure compliance with data quality and data governance standards in all technology solutions

• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives

• Contribute to the companys purpose by delivering technology solutions that have a positive impact on society

Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience with Google CCAI Platform Genesys Cloud and Amazon Connect

• Should have a strong background in designing and implementing scalable architectures

• Must possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
