Our client, a leader in the food and beverage industry, is seeking a Document Specialist to join their team. As a Document Specialist, you will be part of the compliance department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Document Specialist
Location: Bridgewater, NJ (Remote)
What's the Job?
Maintain and manage document version control to ensure accessibility of current documents.
Conduct thorough reviews of production records to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Gather and analyze Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data related to document compliance.
Identify opportunities for process improvement within document management workflows.
Enhance communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment on document-related processes.
What's Needed?
Experience in reviewing completed records and batch sheets.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience in the food and beverage industry, particularly in R&D and pilot plant environments.
