Due to growing operations, a Prominent Manufacturer in Bridgeton, NJ, is seeking a Process / Chemical Engineer to add to its team! The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Chemical Manufacturing environment and a background in Distillation. responsibilities:

• Optimize distillation processes to improve efficiency, throughput, and product quality.

• Develop and implement process improvements to reduce energy consumption, waste generation, and environmental impact.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, maintenance, and reclaim to implement process improvements and troubleshoot issues.

• Provide technical support and guidance to operations personnel to ensure safe and efficient operation of distillation equipment.

• Perform process troubleshooting and root cause analysis to identify and resolve operational issues, and material balances.

• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and training materials for distillation processes.

• Participate in process hazard analyses (PHA) and management of change (MOC) processes to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

• Review & develop PFD, P&ID.

• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to distillation processes.

• Support new product development initiatives by providing expertise on distillation processes.
