Description Seeking a Smart Hands Support / Facilities operator in our Breiningville, PA location for a night shift position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and hands on troubleshooting of system and network environments, supporting customer trouble requests and installing fiber & copper cross connects.

Duties will include:  • Circuit troubleshooting • Logs and tracks calls using internal ticketing systems, maintains history records and related documentation. • Ability to work individually and as a member of a team.  • Good oral and written communication skills  • Must be self-sufficient and able to work in fast-paced dynamic environment.  • Physicals walkthroughs of building hourly • Tape Changes • Installing Fiber and Copper cross connects • Basic Facility Maintenance duties

Requirements for Consideration • HS degree or equivalent • 1-3 years professional experience. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications • Ability to climb and work from ladders

Hours of work:  • Night Shift 6:00pm till 6:30am

Employment Requirements:  • Must pass a pre-employment reference and background screen.  • Must pass drug test. • May be asked to work some shift work for shift coverage
