This position would report to the Director of Engineering. We are looking for someone who is highly detailed-oriented, thorough, and self-motivated. The experience will be challenging, yet rewarding as you shape the future of design and construction.

Responsibilities to include:

• Create state submittal packages containing modular building designs and highly detailed drawings using CAD.

• Development of modular details for construction drawings

• Adapting plans to modular requirements

• Aide in the creation of production drawings.

• Code checks for accessibility, building envelope, fire separations, etc.

• Ensure that all work is carried out to specific standards, guidelines, and building codes

• Candidate should have an analytical mind with excellent problem-solving skills and mathematical ability
