Shift: 1st and 2nd shift available

1st: 6am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday

2nd: 4:20pm-2:40am Monday-Thursday

Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Cleanroom Production Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in production and machine operation, with exposure to assembly line processes. This role involves working in a cleanroom environment, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to production specifications.

Responsibilities

• Complete all necessary paperwork and inspect orders in accordance with Quality Assurance procedures.

• Check for correct copy of the label order using a computerized vision system.

• Set up the finishing machine, including web tensions, ink jet system, and knife position (either manually or automatically).

• Splice out any inferior printed material.

• Verify that all finishing customer specifications are followed.

• Pack the finished reels onto carts and apply all required identification.

• Communicate with the supervisor regarding quality issues.

• Complete a daily log of all orders inspected.

Essential Skills

• Production and machine operation experience.

• Assembly line exposure or experience.

• Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or food and beverage industries.

• General labor, packaging, and inspection skills.

• Proficiency with hand tools.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
