This job requires person With at least 5 years of experience within the remodeling field . Some one that is Hard working . Someone that has basic knowledge of electrical, Plumbing , and can be an expert in Carpentry,Tile work/ bathroom installations low and high end alike . Must be able to drywall /tape and finish like a pro . Trimming and painting like a pro is a must . All basic tools are a must with dependable transportation . Need to have good communication skills . Drug free environment is a must . If you are coming from a vocational school , that would be a plus . Photos of work and references would be a plus .
