Hiring for an Electrician !

Job Description

As a Commercial Electrician, you will be involved in various phases of new commercial work. Your tasks will involve trench work, bending pipe, pulling wires, working from blueprints, installation, handling conduit, fixtures, etc. You will be expected to demonstrate safe work habits, possess all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and show proper care for tools and equipment. Your work will span both new projects and existing building structures, and will involve working outside and inside in all types of weather. You must be prepared to occasionally get dirty on job sites. Safety is a top priority for us, so knowledge of OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 is essential.

Your own tools and reliable transportation to get to job sites is a must (travel expense is not covered). We will provide a hard hat and safety glasses, but you are required to have your own steel toe boots.

A typical day will start with a toolbox meeting to determine assignments, followed by the execution of assigned tasks for the day.

The pay rate is based on experience and ranges from $15 to $35 per hour. This is further broken down as follows: Apprentice level $15-$17/hr, Electrician (3+ years of experience) - $18-$25/hr, Journeyman (pending experience and interview) - $23-$30/hr.
