Overview

The Senior HR Representative will help identify and implement process improvements, support the growth and development of HR Shared Services Representatives, respond to escalations, and be the point of contact for assigned functions and processes. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering an exceptional employee experience while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.

Education/Experience

Minimum Required:

• High School Diploma with 1-3 years of relevant HR experience.

Preferred:

• Associates Degree

• Prior HR Shared Services or HR Operations Experience
