Job Summary

A Construction Manager in the Telecommunication field is responsible for overseeing various construction projects from inception to completion. This role involves managing the project's schedule, budget, and ensuring that all work meets quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strategic leadership, operational excellence, and team management within the telecommunications industry.

Responsibilities
  • Key responsibilities include coordinating with project stakeholders, supervising construction teams, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • The Construction Manager also handles the procurement of materials and equipment, manages subcontractors, and addresses any issues that may arise during the construction process.
  • With the rapid evolution of telecommunication technologies, a Construction Manager in this sector must also stay abreast of the latest industry trends and innovations to effectively lead their team and projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to business customers, including sales, customer support, and network operations.
  • Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage budgetary and financial responsibilities for the B2C field operations department.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, telecommunications, engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in telecommunications, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving results and achieving targets in a B2C or B2B environment.

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position inNew Yorkis$102,816.00-$168,912.00/ year. For other locations, please inquire with your recruiter. The rates/ranges provided herein are the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and do not reflect future job opportunity.
