Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a candidate as a Certified Pharmacy Technician for a contract to hire role. This candidate will be responsible for working hand in hand with a team of technicians to provide services to a large scale client. The candidate will be responsible for working with a Pharmacist to ensure prescription items, as permitted by the state board, packaging medications for delivery, and meeting deliverables in accordance with pharmacy standards. This candidate may also do the intermittent inventory of the pharmacy facility. The ideal candidate would have worked in a corporate environment, though retail will be considered, and be able to work in a fast paced, ever evolving environment. The individual will be responsible for enhancing pharmaceutical skills and providing relief coverage as determined by the regional pharmacy leader. They also handle pharmacy technician duties, participate in in-store projects, and maintain active communication with client facilities and pharmacy staff.
