Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist
Job Description
This Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of invoices and then inputting them into the company's ERP system. They will compare the details of an invoice with the corresponding purchase order and the goods received. They will also be managing the A/P inbox and scanning invoices.
Responsibilities
Review and verify the accuracy of invoices.
Input invoices into the company's ERP system.
Compare invoice details with corresponding purchase orders and received goods.
Manage the Accounts Payable inbox.
Scan and process invoices.
Essential Skills
Invoice processing
Data entry
Proficiency in Excel for navigating within spreadsheets
Experience working with large ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Peoplesoft, or JD Edwards
Qualifications
Experience with 3-way match
2+ years of experience processing over 50 invoices a day
2+ years of experience working with purchase orders
Experience working for a company with over 50 million in revenue
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
