Pay Rate: $28 an hour
New/ 3 Months
Location: 200 Connell Drive Berkeley Heights NJ USA-hybrid SEA schedule: Mon-Thurs onsite Friday WFH

Interview:
There will be a quiz during interview to assess candidates Microsoft Suite skill level

Summary:
The main function of a technical writer is to write technical materials such as equipment materials appendices or operating and maintenance instructions. A typical technical writer is responsible for organizing editing and maintaining technical records and files.
Job Responsibilities:
Organize material and complete writing assignment according to set standards regarding order clarity conciseness style and terminology.
Maintain records and files of work and revisions.
Confer with client to establish technical specifications and to determine subject material to be developed for publication.
Skills:
Verbal and written communication skills problem solving skills customer service and interpersonal skills.
Basic ability to work independently and manage ones time.
Basic knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words rules of composition and grammar.
Basic knowledge of media production communication and dissemination techniques and methods.
Basic knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design teaching and instruction for individuals and groups and the measurement of training effects.
Basic knowledge of computer software such as Adobe JavaScript Oracle etc.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree required.
0-2 years experience required.
Key Points/ Necessary Attributes:
• Engineering Bachelor's degree required computer science Electronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering is preferred
• Organize technical material and complete writing assignments in either English or Korean according to set standards regarding order clarity conciseness style and terminology
• Search American news media articles for assigned specific topics on daily and weekly basis and summarize articles in a few lines of Korean language or English
• Translate Korean reports to English or vice versa
• Maintain records and files of work and revisions
• Verbal and written communication skills in fluent English and good Korean problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of the structure and content of the English and Korean languages including the meaning and spelling of words rules of composition and grammar
• Basic knowledge of media production communication and dissemination techniques and methods
