Responsibilities:

• Schedule and travel daily to the customers' sites
• Help grow sales in multidirectional wholesale, cross-merchandising store format
• Work as customer support for our B2B wholesale customers
• Help our Sales Manager with promotions, marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, and product data at the customers' portals and within our internal systems
• Help supporting of sales campaigns and new product launches
• Help to update and upkeep data on the DIJAS website and B2B portals
• Help to develop and execute digital marketing strategies
• Management of online advertising campaigns
• Assisting in the creation and execution of social media campaigns to maximize brand awareness and support increased sales

Qualifications/Skills:

• You have a bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of experience in sales support, inside/outside sales, and business administration.
• Able to drive a car daily to visit customers' sites.
• Strong computer acumen.
• E-commerce/B2B merchandising experience is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A very detailed and curious mindset that is always searching for methods to compete and upsell in an ever-changing marketplace.
• Effective communication and time management skills.
• Maintains excellent writing and language skills.
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to plan, organize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Quick Books experience
• WordPress and WooCommerce experience
