Description

Robert Half is seeking an Accounting Administrator you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, including maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and statements.

• Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and documented.

• Reconcile bank statements and accounts.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

• Analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies.

• Process and monitor accounts payable and receivable.

• Ensure timely payment of invoices and collection of receivables.

• Manage vendor relationships and resolve any billing issues.

  Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
