Meeker Equipment Co., Inc. (Belleville, PA), a 35+ year old manufacturing/distributing company has an immediate opening for a highly motivated experienced Field Service Technician to be based out of our Belleville, PA factory (near State College, PA). Meeker Equipment produces material handling equipment, liquid handling equipment and related process equipment for the asphalt, aggregates, concrete, and petroleum industries.

Field Service Technician (Asphalt Equipment) Requirements:

• Experience working/repairing with top burner brands including (Beckett, Power Flame, Webster, Riello)
• Control devices with voltage from 24v to 480v three phase, temperature control
• PLC knowledge is a plus
• Background in radar and ultrasonic level is a plus
• Aggregate burner knowledge (Hauck, Gencor, Webster)
• Gas valve and gas piping configuration

The types of equipment you will work with include: Hot oil heaters, Hot water heaters, bag houses, and conveyor belts and systems. It is a hands-on job.

The Field Service Technician will travel to sites an average of 50-70% of the time, depending on the time of year, and be on site at the main shop when not on the road. Driver's license required and we will provide a service vehicle, computer, phone, and diagnostic tools.
