Lead and supervise a sales team, optimize performance, and ensure sales targets are met by strategically managing client relationships and sales initiatives.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Team Leadership, Mentorship, and Performance Optimization: Direct and supervise the sales team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to enhance skills and performance. Continuously monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to ensure targets are met and resources are utilized effectively.
Sales Strategy Development and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new opportunities, expand existing accounts, and drive revenue growth. Formulate sales plans and provide tactical input to leadership.
Client Relationship Management and Problem Resolution: Manage key client relationships, provide expertise and consultation for complex problems, and participate in important negotiations to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Territory Management and Assignment: Allocate and manage sales territories to ensure optimal coverage and maximize opportunities.
Job Contribution:
Designs and executes strategies that support the overarching philosophy of the organization.
Manages large sales teams and account modules and/or territories.
Supervising supervisors as well as career-level staff within the organization.
Develops sales plans and achieves regional objectives.
Oversees execution, resolves complex issues, and negotiates with senior stakeholders and major customers.
Responsible for influencing decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action, promotional activity, and pay decisions for subordinates.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
10+ years of related sales experience.
Our Director-Sales Mid Market, earn between $120,200 - $180,200 + commissions with a total target compensation of $155,200 - $315,200.
