Job Title: Laborer - Powder Coater

Job Description

The position will be for laborers on the powder coat line. Responsibilities include standing all day and performing very repetitive work, such as hanging parts once they've been coated, changing hooks and racks to set up the line for different parts, loading and unloading parts from the line, inserting and removing plugs from parts, and inspecting parts for defects. Candidates are expected to communicate well with others, work effectively as a team member, comply with safety regulations, and promote workplace safety by reporting all unsafe acts. Additional duties may be assigned as required.
