We're currently hiring for an Assistant Store Manager who will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of our facility, ensuring exceptional customer service, and contributing to the achievement of production targets. Job Responsibilities: Assist with the ongoing training of employees Assist with ensuring employee adherence to processes and procedures Delegate duties to qualified personnel Help be responsible for the profit/loss of facility Hire, discipline, and terminate personnel as needed Assist with daily workload scheduling and monitoring Perform monthly inventories as required Perform regular store safety audits and meetings Other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements: Understand basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs Management experience Mechanical, electrical and hydraulic knowledge helpful Work independently with minimal to no supervision Ability to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment Ability to recognize problems/issues and be able to work to a solution Great communication skills to address facility needs to relevant individuals Valid driver's license

Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds if need be (minimal amount of lifting for this position) Indoor work environment with occasional outdoor work/possible yard inspections
