Under the direction of the Regional FM Vice President, the Resource Director oversees the coordination of all functions and activities within the Facilities Management Department. This role may involve temporary assignments during new business start-ups or providing technical assistance to Healthcare FM operations. In this role, the ROSI has direct accountability for executing Sodexo systems, programs, resources, tools, and talent management that drives operational excellence and our service commitments.
What You'll Do
Conduct comprehensive compliance audits to enhance account efficiency.
Ensure the safe, efficient functioning, maintenance, and operation of all buildings, equipment, machinery, systems, and grounds.
Prepare operational and capital budgets for the department, along with monthly and annual financial reports as required.
Evaluate, select, inventory, and procure the necessary supplies and equipment to support the department’s functions.
Oversee the quality of all services provided by the Facilities Department, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with infection control and cleanliness standards.
Ensure the department responds promptly to service requests, maintaining quality across all facilities.
Develop, review, and update the departmental organizational structure to maximize effectiveness.
Implement Sodexo compliance policy changes, new procedures, performance standards, and departmental activities.

What You Bring
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
A minimum of 5 years of management experience, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
At least 5 years of functional experience in facilities management (e.g., maintenance, plant operations, engineering services, grounds, custodial/environmental, or transportation), food services (e.g., food services or operations, concessions, retail sales, store operations, or vending), CTM, or Clinical Nutrition.
Proven ability to manage teams and effectively oversee daily operations.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to optimize processes and maintain efficiency.
