Pro Action of Steuben and Yates, Inc. Central Reception Coordinator in Bath, New York

Central Reception Coordinator - Pro Action is seeking a highly organized individual to work with our team, by managing the reception area and to help create a positive and efficient work environment, to fill the role of Receptionist. This is a full time (37.5 hours per week), benefit eligible position with paid time off, 13 paid holidays per year and a retirement plan with employer contributions. The Receptionist will implement and monitor operations for Central Reception including scheduling coverage for the front desk; the provision of outstanding customer service, both in-person and on the phone; use of a multi-line phone system; efficient management of incoming and outgoing mail and use of a postage machine; building access and safety for visitors; managing meeting room reservations for staff. RequirementsHigh school degree is required. An associate degree in office management or related field is preferred. A minimum of two years of office management, clerical or secretarial experience is required. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, communicate effectively within all levels of the organization, provide high quality customer service, and have strong problem solving and analytical skills. Solid computer skills including accurate data entry are needed for this position.
