Order#: NY1496141 Licensed Practical Nurse

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will implement and coordinate the delivery of care in collaboration with physicians and care associates. You will be responsible for the high level of care our residents are accustomed to, including making frequent rounds, ensuring continuity of care, documenting all pertinent care information, and observing our residents' overall condition and behavior. Above all, you will exhibit a passion for serving seniors and contributing to the positive environment our residents are proud to call home.

LPN Duties Include (under the supervision of a Doctor or RN): Monitoring patient's health condition. Catering to hygiene needs of the patient. Assistance in patient's medical examination. Guiding patient's family for patient's aftercare. Supervises CNAs.

LPN Requirements Include: Current and valid NY LPN License Experience in a Nursing Home or Hospital Good Customer Service Skills
