In this role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days (in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

What you'll be doing...

As a Sr. Manager within the Client Relations & Orchestration team, a part of the VCG Value Organization, you will be responsible for managing various sales enablement programs and overall channel orchestration for the Client Management team in support of the Master Agents. Your role will require a high degree of collaboration across Master Agent account management, leadership, and support organizations, with key responsibilities to include:

  • Develop, review and deploy strategies to maximize Master Agent performance through marketing development programs and other incentives.

  • Develop and manage business case proposals aligned to the launch of new products & services within TbV Retail.

  • Evolve and manage the Total by Verizon co-op program to help enable quality acquisition and brand awareness.

  • Producing and presenting compelling proposals, presentations, and business reviews, that show unique, customer-centric solutions that influence Master Agents to drive distribution growth.

  • Partner with business owners to monitor program performance, identify opportunities, & initiate action to ramp up/enhance performance.

  • Initiate communication across leadership to ensure alignment.

You enjoy working in a dynamic environment and you have the ability to balance competing demands and priorities. You have the business acumen and executive presence to establish credibility with leadership and you effectively balance the needs of all involved.

What we're looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Experience in retail, sales, account management and/or channel management.

  • Willingness to travel, approximately up to 25%.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • An MBA, or an M.S. in related fields.

  • Two or more years of Indirect channel experience.

  • Exceptional PP/Google Slide creation for executive presentations.

  • Understanding of organizational objectives, functions, and motivations.

  • Understanding of key financial concepts relevant to Verizon business performance.

  • Project management experience.

  • Strong relationship management skills.

  • The ability to solve complex problems creatively

  • Experience with Strategic initiatives with data driven outcomes.

  • Ability to prioritize and execute effectively.

  • Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.

  • Demonstrate ability to work with, understand, and manage analytics data and reporting tools.

  • Managed complex projects with cross-functional teams and aligned groups to a common goal.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $109,000.00 and $221,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
