MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):

• Project Management experience with attention to multiple stakeholders across several functional groups Ability to manage several different projects and work streams at the same time effectively Business experiences Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Sourcing/Contracting experience Business Operations experience Security experience Product Development experience Global clearance or export experience.

JOB DUTIES:

• This candidate will be responsible for identifying and analyzing product development work streams and contracts (mostly NDAs) that need to be put through the sourcing process . This includes specific, functions, vendors, and locations. This will involve managing the process to make sure that the many stakeholders (sourcing, legal, security, product development, etc) provide the needed details that allows for the NDAs and trials to process to completion in an efficient manner. Candidate will work closely with the sourcing, product development/engineering, and operations teams to make sure the agreements and contracts are constructed in a way that supports the organizational strategy and developmental needs.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, finance, operations preferred
