  • Visible: Visible, as a standalone brand family, caters to the digitally-savvy, single-line customers who prefer streamlined, online-first interactions. This brand is a testament to our adaptability, embracing the digital evolution of customer engagement.

  • Simple Mobile: Carving out a niche of its own, Simple Mobile shines as the premier choice among authorized resellers. Its consistent recognition as the most carried brand in Wave7 Research's prepaid dealer survey for 36 consecutive quarters speaks volumes about its popularity and reliability.

  • SafeLink: SafeLink remains dedicated to serving customers through government subsidies. With a strategic pivot towards Lifeline in the absence of ACP, SafeLink continues to fulfill its mission of providing essential communication services to those in need.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and lead the cross-functional e2e execution with GTS, Omni CX/UX, Digital, assisted channels, and external partners for all marketing initiatives including Pricing plans, device and airtime promos and growth programs for all Value Brands

  • Lead a team of senior directors, associate directors and individual contributors that will partner with the relevant Brand teams to design, develop, implement and maintain all Marketing initiatives

  • Lead and collaborate with all cross functional teams to:

    • Understand capabilities and constraints related to promo/pricing implementation across all sales channels of the business.

    • Capture and document all business requirements including CX/UX/channel

    • Integrate of third party partners ( i.e. Netflix, Disney)

    • Test and defect investigation/fixes

    • Manage key milestones and deliverables to ensure on time implementation and post-launch issue resolution.

  • Perform project management e2e and with high sense of urgency to launch on time with best customer experience

  • Maintain and manage project prioritization for Wireless growth and revenue organization portfolio, ensuring key CX, UX, GTS and RA stakeholders get early and consistent visibility.

  • Develop and/or replicate VZ launch process to operationalize initiatives.

  • Collaborate with GTM & L&D teams on all aspects of training, launch elements, internal, external and field communications.

  • Review business requirements, pertaining to new pricing initiatives, to ensure accurate build and execution.

  • Champion new pricing ideas and determine high level feasibility.

  • Understand the business case for proposed pricing and how it impacts Verizon.

  • Evaluate opportunities to enhance current programs, as well as, create new opportunities for pricing differentiation. Key metric reporting including business case post mortems.

  • Manage UAT for all Mobile and fixed wireless projects.

  • The ideal candidate must be an outside-the-box thinker, strong project management skills, executive presence, and a desire to lead from the front on highly visible initiatives from concept to execution. The candidate will also be skilled in developing and delivering concise presentations and relevant updates for senior executive leadership, and be able to coach the team on exactly what is needed for any audience.

What we're looking for...

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. MBA highly preferred.

  • 12+ years of relevant experience.

  • Proven experience managing a highly productivity team

  • Results in strategic planning, business development and execution

  • Understanding of Vz internal systems

  • Experience implementing Pricing initiatives and promos in Vz

  • Experience writing marketing and technical requirements.

  • Proven experience demonstrating results in strategic planning, business development and execution

  • Knowledge of current and legacy wireless price plans, Ops brief process, ACSS and provisioning systems, CX/UX experiences, JIRA, developing user stories and Agile processes.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, multi stakeholder environment and managing multiple priorities. Juggled multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

  • Must have strong leadership abilities, able to engage and influence team and external partners

  • Strong project management skills, multi tasking is vital to success

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Experience managing and influencing client relationships at the senior executive level. Ability to present and interact with all levels of management.

  • Impeccable managerial skills and Excellent communication skills and executive presence

  • Presented findings and insights targeted to what that audience cares about (up to the executive level).The ability to influence without direct authority.

Where you'll be working
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.
