BSNB is seeking a dynamic individual for the position of Vice President, Wealth Management Solutions to oversee our growing and innovative Wealth Management Solutions Department. In this role, y ou will lead all aspects of the department including business development, client service and support, operations, and staff development. The VP, Wealth Management Solutions will manage a team focused on delivering exceptional value while seeking to expand existing relationships and develop to new sources of revenue.

VICE PRESIDENT, WEALTH MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS

Successful candidates will typically:

  • Cultivate strong personal and professional relationships with key individuals at targeted industries.

  • Use an extensive knowledge of investments strategies to address the special needs of the private wealth channel to influence client investment decisions.

  • Develop, oversee, and guide all sales activities - initiate contact, build and sell investment and trust solutions using a variety of investment instruments and the most appropriate delivery platform for customers.

  • Identify and proactively addresses potential investment concerns of existing clients.

  • Engage clients in dialogue about their business models and appropriate investment strategies.

  • Manage experienced staff including investments, operations, and sales, toward department and BSNB goals.

    The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in Wealth Management, with a 4-year degree in Business, Finance or related field. Certified Financial Planner designation preferred. Series 7 and 63 licensure preferred. Demonstrated understanding of investments, banking and trust concepts including, but not limited to: asset allocation on structured portfolios, managed portfolios, brokerage accounts, portfolio reviews, deposit and loan solutions, fee structures, basic trust and estate products and identification of wealth planning opportunities. Well-developed communication skills are a must.
