HR Generalist

Responsibilities:

  • Focus on HR consulting and business partnerships.

  • Handle Code of Business Conduct investigations, disrespect behavior investigations, and correction investigations.

  • Provide performance management guidance.

  • Assist with recruiting for senior-level openings.

  • Support various projects related to benefits administration, recruiting, compensation, safety programs, etc.

  • Provide direct support to the HR Director.

  • Perform a large amount of administrative and tactical work.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in any HR-related field.

  • Experience in hybrid work environments.

  • Experience with labor unions is a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (or 8-10 years of experience in lieu of a degree).

Pay Details: $28.00 per hour
