Do you have what it takes to support supervisors in this way?Must have* Bachelor’s degree in human services, social science, or administration.* Three years of progressive management experience, including two years of experience working in a Residential program supporting people with a developmental disability. Five years of progressive management experience may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree* Knowledge of the delivery system of employment, day and residential services under OPWDD (ICF and IRA) strongly preferred* Valid driver’s license meeting the agency’s insurance requirementsWe offerExcellent Benefits, Great Colleagues, An Inclusive Environment, The starting payrate for this position is $70,408 to $76,000.
