*Job duties: *   Manage client relationships, deliver proposals, and develop account plans. Manage a team and work with them to ensure client satisfaction and communication to improve the client experience and strengthen the relationship between hMetrix and its clients using Atlassian Jira management tool and Scrum methodology. Lead the collaboration with hMetrix' clients who are state agencies and hospitals to identify gaps in policies and regulations, to improve care and reduce growth in healthcare spending. Design and develop infrastructure that supports the programs to identify and resolve the issue and bridge the gap in reporting to support strategic needs using SAS, SQL, Python and Tableau; Continuously gain a deeper understanding of the hospital data to meet business requirements. Use this to help hospitals and state agencies achieve their goal to reduce costs and improve the quality of healthcare services. Lead and perform analytic functions to provide predictive models for hospital rate setting and explore available methodologies to provide policy support; Perform risk adjustment using various models for the plan to provide root cause analysis for the issues using various tools such as using SAS, SQL, and Python; Provide ongoing analysis to identify social determinants of health and to reduce health disparities in the specific group in the community. Manage large scale monthly claims and clinical data files as well as ENS and EDT data submissions by maintaining infrastructure using advanced programming skills and tools such as SAS, SQL, and Python to collect large datasets, perform data quality checks, and provide feedback; Provide evidence based guidance to improve the organization's pipeline to collect, maintain, and analyze the hospital's data to achieve the high-quality healthcare services. Mentor various interdisciplinary teams in the U.S. healthcare system and policy. Provide insights and seek opportunities arising from changing regulations through healthcare policy analysis and interpretation.

Requirements:     Must have Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related. Must have 3 years of experience as a Healthcare Analyst or related, including 3 years of experience with: data programming languages including SQL, SAS, Python, and Tableau; managing large scale claims data, clinical data, ENS data and EDT data; developing analyses in the healthcare domain; healthcare policy analysis and interpretation; and using project management systems including Jira and Scrum. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related and 5 years of experience above.
