Bachelors in Human Resources preferred. Experience and demonstrated computer literacy with database systems, MS Office Suite and other computer and web-based software. Ability to provide/exhibit/demonstrate exceptional customer service and verbal/written communication skills to internal/external customers and demonstrate ability to relate with individuals with disabilities. Must be self-directed with ability to work in a changing environment with flexibility while utilizing sound judgement and problem-solving skills. Must be well-organized with high attention to detail. Valid and acceptable NYS driver's license per organization policies, practices, procedures.
