• Lead electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential, commercial, and industrial clients
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues with minimal supervision, providing solutions that meet safety codes and quality standards
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams, ensuring accurate and efficient work
• Safely use tools and equipment, adhering to safety protocols while delivering top-notch service
• Manage your own schedule and workload, working independently with minimal oversight, but knowing that support is always available if needed
• Provide clear, professional communication with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and building strong relationships
• Track and record materials, hours, and tasks completed, maintaining transparency and organization
