Introduction
Your role and responsibilities
Marketing Operations Manager, IBM Corporation, Armonk, NY, and various unanticipated client sites throughout the US:
Act as an advisor to the business and support leadership on executing key strategic initiatives.
Gather, prioritize, and structure critical investment and performance level information for the leadership team to assist with effective decision making.
Lead operational vision and operational management system requirements based on the leadership team’s goal.
Assist in improving return on investment and business growth.
Provide dashboard and ad-hoc report support.
Collaborate with marketers and decision makers globally to ensure investment plans are created in alignment with business objectives.
Support standard marketing planning processes and data improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with product owners across marketing to design data integrations.
Utilize Allocadia, GoodData, Tableau, Cognos, Data Analysis.
Required: Master’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Economics, Management or related (employer will accept a Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of progressive experience in lieu of a Master’s degree) and one (1) year of experience as a Marketing Operations Manager or related. One (1) year of experience must include utilizing Allocadia, GoodData, Tableau, Cognos, Data Analysis. H231. Full time. $236,038 to $249,500 per year
