Develop strong relationship with the client management teams for the assigned segments. Respond to request for information and request for proposals. Provide inputs for the new contracts and work orders. Conduct service level negotiation and scope determination for the new work orders. Roll-out effective stakeholder management and client communication strategies to address client needs and concerns on deliverables.
