Grinder Operator/Rough Grinder

TPi Arcade, the most advanced Aluminum V-Process casting facility in the US, is looking for Grinder Operators/Rough Grinders to join their growing team.

Responsibilities: 1.Operate various types of hand grinders to grind aluminum castings to specified dimensions and surface finish requirements. 2.Inspect castings for defects, such as burrs, rough spots, or surface imperfections, and remove them using appropriate grinding techniques. 3.Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). 4.Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area, including proper disposal of grinding debris and waste. 5.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and quality standards. 6.Perform routine maintenance on grinding equipment as needed, including cleaning and lubrication.

This is a Second shift position with a salary range of $18.00/hour - $19.26/hour, depending on experience and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, dental, vacation, sick time, holidays, retirement, and clothing allowance.
