Job Requisition: REQ3415 Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: Days Hours Per Week: 40 hours
Hiring range: $63,481.60- $87,443.20 The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law. Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Reviews, screens and forwards qualified applicants to hiring managers as necessary. Responds to inquiries concerning applications and employment opportunities and corresponds to qualified applicants to establish recruiting network. Utilizes various recruiting methods including job fairs, social media, school outreach, networking and print advertising to source candidates.
Coordination and Scheduling: Pre-screens and recommends qualified applicants and assists hiring managers in the selection process. Manages the interview scheduling process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to align schedules and book interview rooms or virtual meeting spaces.
Rate Setting: Determines salaries according to compensation policy and guidelines.
Candidate Communication: Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing information on interview logistics, timelines, and next steps. Serve as a point of contact for candidates, addressing inquiries and providing a positive candidate experience.
ATS Management: Utilize and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidate progress, update candidate statuses, and generate reports as needed. Ensure data accuracy in the ATS and assist in improving system efficiency.
HR Analysis and Reporting: Utilizes Applicant Tracking System and HRIS system to create reports to analyze key HR metrics impacting recruitment, retention and internal promotions. Routinely conducts position analysis to compare budget versus actual FTEs to maintain fiscal accountability within department staffing levels.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the recruitment and onboarding processes. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the recruiting coordination function.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities. Collaborate with the broader HR team to ensure a cohesive and consistent approach to talent acquisition.
Candidate Experience Enhancement: Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to enhance the overall candidate experience. Collect and analyze feedback from candidates to identify areas for improvement.
Compliance: Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.
Education, Training & Experience:
Associates degree in a related field required. A concentration in Human Resources preferred. Three (3) years of recruitment and sourcing experience required OR three (3) to five (5) years of Human Resources experience required; healthcare recruiting experience is highly desired
