Job Title: Quality Engineer

Job Description

Seeking a diligent Quality Engineer with a B.S. in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience, to enhance our quality assurance processes within an electro-mechanical product environment. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, with a strong preference for those holding ASQ Certified Quality Engineer certification. Responsibilities include ensuring products meet industry standards and customer specifications, conducting process audits, maintaining detailed quality documentation, supporting technical writing efforts, performing root cause analysis, enhancing product reliability, managing supplier quality, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, the role involves training staff and fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization, as well as participating in new product development releases.
